House rules
Children from 2 to 12 years and babies under 2 years are accepted. No crib is provided. Smoking is not allowed indoors or in the bedroom. Pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may enter or stay overnight. Visitors must be reported in advance and receive condominium authorization. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas and not flushing toilet paper. Each guest's identification document is requested after the reservation is confirmed. A host is present for check-in. Check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 incurs a fee; check-in is not allowed after 22:00. Late check-out after 10:00 incurs the cost of one additional night. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external construction may occur during legally permitted hours.
