Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a guest aged 21 or older; children may stay as part of the group. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. NoiseAware measures sound levels only and does not record audio.
Getting there
Condado Beach is a six-minute walk away. Ashford Avenue and Ventana al Mar park are a nine-minute walk away, La Placita de Santurce is a twelve-minute walk away, Condado Lagoon is a sixteen-minute walk away, and Old San Juan and El Morro are about fifteen minutes away by car. Free street parking is limited.
