An open-plan interior connects the living, kitchen and dining areas. The main living area has plush seating and a large TV; fireplaces are not for guest use. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an island and barstool seating. Upstairs, a lounge has a TV and foosball table. Two first-floor bedrooms each have a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 4 has a king bed and a bathroom also accessible from the hallway. Bedroom 5 has two queen beds and a twin trundle. A playroom off the bonus room has custom child-sized bunk sleeping arrangements. Bedrooms have TVs, linens, towels, pillows and comforters. The maximum overnight occupancy is 12 guests. The back patio has outdoor dining, a fire pit table, a grill and string lights. A back deck overlooks the spacious, fully fenced yard. The private pool has a sun shelf with loungers and a poolside patio and is open year-round. Optional pool heating is subject to fees and weather conditions. Isle of Palms Beach is half a mile away and a short walk from the home. Downtown Charleston is 30 minutes away. Four private parking spaces are available. House parties, weddings and receptions are prohibited by city ordinance; violations require all guests to vacate immediately. This is a smoke-free home: violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided.
