# 5BD Mauna Lani Lux Ocean Estate (OE12) at One Ocean Kamuela, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house Completed in late 2025, the estate includes a main residence and detached guest accommodation, with 4,364 sq ft of interior space: a 3,866 sq ft main residence and a 498 sq ft guest house. Covered lanais provide a further 1,456 sq ft. The main living building has a single-level, step-free layout. Retractable glass doors connect the open-plan living and dining areas to the lanai, outdoor dining, lounge seating, private heated saltwater pool and spa. The kitchen has an island with bar-stool seating, appliances and custom cabinetry. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, coffee grinder, kettle, blender, rice cooker, toaster oven, ice machine and wine fridge. A kitchenette, outdoor kitchen and BBQ are also available. All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. The South and North primary suites have lanai access and partial ocean, mountain and golf views. The guest bunk suite sleeps four. Two further suites are in the detached guest-suite building. The first three bedrooms have space for a crib or Pack and Play; a Pack and Play is available at no charge. A dedicated private office has an ensuite bathroom. The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, Sonos audio, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and cooler.
