Smoking is prohibited. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to 25 years are not accepted. Pets are allowed upon request. Electricity is charged at 3.50 SEK per used kWh and is paid at the end of the stay. Guests clean the house themselves; cleaning supplies are provided. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional charge. One basket of firewood is included.
Getting there
The house is 50 metres from the sandy beach and pier at Kavlanda Brygga. The beach has fine sand mixed with stones. Parking for two cars is available on the property. Bokenäset Hotell is 8 km away, Rotan Rotviksbro shops are 9 km away, and Uddevalla town centre is 25.01 km away.
