No smoking. No parties or events. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 21 are not accepted. Please contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by agreement. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Do not use household electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. A refundable €800 deposit is taken by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. A 10% concierge service fee applies to the booking, and end-of-stay cleaning costs €100 per booking. A bath mat is an optional €3 per-booking charge.
