No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to 18 years old are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key collection. In low season, arrival and departure hours may be flexible by agreement. A refundable deposit of €800 per booking is taken as a credit-card pre-authorization. Mandatory charges: final cleaning €115 per booking and concierge service fee 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €15 per booking; linen for a single bed €12 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Household linen is optional and provided for the stay without replacement; housekeeping during the stay is not provided. Heating and internet access are included. The page identifies tourist tax as included in the total price.

La Baule sandy beach is 550 m away. Carrefour City is 240 m away; Crêperie la Ribote is 290 m away and Au Chat Gourmand is 350 m away. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A garage is available for storing bicycles. No dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket is provided; domestic sockets must not be used to charge vehicles.
