Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Groups of young people are not accepted. Pets under 30 kg are accepted, except animals of breeds designated dangerous. The tourist tax is payable in connection with the stay. A refundable €800 deposit is required per booking by card pre-authorization. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. The listed concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional linen charges per booking: kitchen towels €2, towel set €7, double-bed linen €18, single-bed linen €14, bath mat €3. Optional end-of-stay cleaning is €115 per booking. Cancellation insurance is listed as an optional 5.5% of the booking.
Getting there
Kercambre beach is 500 m away and St Jacques sandy beach is 700 m away. The listing gives distances but no access mode. Parking is available for one car in the garden entrance. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
