Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud music is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium or stay overnight. Visitors must be reported in advance for authorization. Guests must follow condominium rules, must not hang items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and must not flush toilet paper. Identification documents are requested for every guest after booking confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. Check-in is with a host. Check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 incurs a fee, and check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. Check-out is by 10:00; later departure incurs an additional daily rate.

Canasvieiras Beach is 500 m away. Cachoeira do Bom Jesus Beach is 1.7 km away and Jurerê Internacional Beach is 4.5 km away. The apartment is in a residential condominium where occasional noise from construction, maintenance or renovations may occur during legally permitted hours.
