Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted; no crib is provided. Smoking indoors and in the room is prohibited. Pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be registered in advance with the condominium administration. Identification documents are requested for every guest after booking. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not flush toilet paper. Guests are responsible for applicable fines or damage. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur within or outside the condominium.
