Can I receive visitors?
Visitors are allowed only if you communicate and provide their identification to the management company (Me2) who will forward it to the condominium administration. Overnight stays by anyone not on the reservation are not allowed.
Are common areas always available?
Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined by the condominium administration.
What documents are required?
The property manager (Me2) requests identification documents for each guest after reservation confirmation.
Is there a fine for flushing toilet paper?
Yes, flushing toilet paper down the toilet is subject to a fine of R$150.
Can I hang items on windows or balconies?
No, it is forbidden to hang rugs, towels, clothes or any objects on windows, balconies or external areas.
Is there a possibility of noise from construction?
Yes, the unit is in a residential condominium and occasional noise from construction, maintenance or renovations may occur within permitted hours.
What about internet speed?
The listing advertises Wi-Fi 400MB, but speed and stability may vary and are not under the control of the property manager. No refund is applicable for internet issues.
Is there a cleaning service?
Cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. Extra cleaning during the stay can be requested for an additional fee.
Can I request linen changes?
Linen changes can be requested upon payment of a cleaning fee.
