Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but no cribs are provided. Smoking indoors and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Pets are not permitted. Only registered guests may access the condominium or stay overnight. Visitors must be reported in advance and authorized by the condominium administration. Guests must follow condominium rules, must not hang items from windows, balconies or exterior areas, and must not flush toilet paper. Identification documents for each guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external construction may occur during legally permitted hours.
