House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 8 kg are accepted, except animals described as dangerous. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Optional extras: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €10 per booking; linen for a double bed €22 per booking; linen for a single bed €19 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €114 per booking. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay and is not renewed; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Refundable security deposit: €800 per booking, held by card as a guarantee with the final payment. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Cassy sandy beach is 500 m away; Suzette sandy beach is 1.4 km away. Two parking spaces are available on the property. The house does not have a dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for vehicle charging. A dedicated charging point is recommended.
