No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are permitted except animals described as dangerous breeds. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Optional linen is supplied at arrival for the stay and is not renewed; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Do not use household electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. A refundable €800 security deposit is collected by card pre-authorization. A 10% concierge service fee applies to the reservation. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; a towel set €7 per reservation; double-bed linen €15 per reservation; single-bed linen €12 per reservation; end-of-stay cleaning €115 per reservation; bath mat €3 per reservation.
