House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Please contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to communicate your arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Linen is optional and supplied on arrival for the full stay, with no renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken by card pre-authorization as a guarantee with the final payment. A 10% concierge service fee applies to the booking. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking; single-bed linen €14 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €110 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. A cancellation insurance option is listed at 5.5% of the booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price.
Getting there
Plage du Val André is 50 m away; the town centre is 500 m away. The apartment is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. Two private parking spaces are provided.
