House rules
Smoking is prohibited. Up to two pets are allowed. Check-in is from 15:00 to 17:00; check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00. Final cleaning is included. Electricity is charged separately at 3.74 DKK/kWh and water at 40 DKK/m³. Additional services, payable at the holiday home if used, are: protection insurance from 535 DKK, barbecue grate 50 DKK, cot 100 DKK, high chair 100 DKK, handcart 175 DKK, bed linen 155 DKK and delivery 175 DKK. Cancellation is free until 15 days before the rental begins. From 14 days before arrival, on arrival day, after arrival or for a no-show, the cancellation charge is 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and a high chair are refunded in full when the tenant cancels. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.
Getting there
The coast and bathing beach are 900 m away. The beach and town are within walking distance. A restaurant and shopping are 700 m away. Bring your own cable to use the Type 2 Mennekes electric-vehicle charger.
