## About the house

Built in 2021, the home has an open-plan kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove positioned to be enjoyed from both areas. The living room opens onto several terraces. All four bedrooms have two single beds. Both bathrooms have a toilet, washbasin, shower and underfloor heating; the larger bathroom also has an indoor spa bath and sauna.

The activity room has billiards, darts, table football and a loft with a television. Table tennis is also available. The living room includes a radio, cable television and a high chair; German television is available. The kitchen has a 1–59 litre freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. Heating facilities include geothermal heating and an air-to-air heat pump.

The 2,425 m² natural plot has an enclosed garden with a swing, hammock, sandbox and play equipment. Terraces have garden furniture, and a garden barbecue is provided. A Type 2 Mennekes electric-vehicle charger is available; bring your own charging cable. Final cleaning, internet and travel support are included. Up to two pets are allowed.

Electricity is charged separately at 3.74 DKK/kWh and water at 40 DKK/m³. Additional services, payable at the holiday home if used, are: protection insurance from 535 DKK, barbecue grate 50 DKK, cot 100 DKK, high chair 100 DKK, handcart 175 DKK, bed linen 155 DKK and delivery 175 DKK. Cancellation is free until 15 days before the rental begins. From 14 days before arrival, on arrival day, after arrival or for a no-show, the cancellation charge is 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and a high chair are refunded in full when the tenant cancels. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.
