The home has seven bedrooms and two sleeping lofts with four additional sleeping places, particularly suited to children. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and five bedrooms each have two beds. There are three bathrooms with a toilet, basin and shower. The central living room has a TV and a cosy alcove, with a long dining table for group meals. Underfloor heating is provided.
The large kitchen has two dishwashers and two ovens, an electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Double doors connect the living room to an activity room with table tennis, billiards, table football, darts, a TV, refrigerator, bar and sofa area. A projector and screen are available for corporate gatherings.
The indoor pool has a slide and warm swimming conditions throughout the year. The large wooden terrace has an outdoor hot tub, sauna, outdoor shower, garden furniture, loungers and charcoal barbecue. The enclosed 1,813 m² natural plot has a trampoline and swing. Guests also have access to the area's shared multi-sport court and playground. A Type 2 Mennekes electric-vehicle charger is available at the house.
The coast and bathing beach are 650 m away. Bogense is a short drive away, with cafés, shops and a harbour. Restaurants are 6.2 km away, shopping is 6.5 km away and a golf course is 7 km away.
