# 4BR Luxury Puka Pa Estate (1201) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house Built in 2024 with new furnishings, this 3,640-square-foot home has floor-to-ceiling glass doors connecting the great room to a covered lanai and pool terrace. The ocean-view dining area seats eight. The kitchen includes white granite countertops, an island with seating, dual dishwashers, stainless steel appliances and sliding windows overlooking the golf course. Cooking equipment includes an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, blender, rice cooker, toaster oven and BBQ. The primary suite has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, television and a private office with two workspaces, a printer and monitor. Guest Suite 2 has twin beds convertible to a king. Guest Suites 3 and 4 have Smart TVs and private access or separate entrances. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve the home. Outdoor facilities include a private infinity pool, adjacent spa, covered lounge seating, pergola dining, a private yard and an outdoor shower. Two four-seater golf carts, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and boogie boards are provided. The home also has a washer/dryer, garage, free parking, Smart TVs and a pack and play. Nearby construction on lots above and below the home may cause occasional daytime noise or visual impacts. Resort access is limited during the Chairman's Club Event, November 30–December 5, 2026, and Mitsubishi Golf Tournament, January 16–24, 2027; access is managed by Hualalai Resort and may change at its discretion. During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for rental guests are restricted to lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.
