A formal dining area seats eight, and an adjacent wet bar provides additional entertaining space. The equipped kitchen has granite counters, a sandstone backsplash, premium appliances, an espresso machine, food processor, juicer and rice cooker, plus bar seating. Other kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, blender and mixer; a BBQ is also available. The primary suite has lanai access and a private outdoor shower garden. Guest Bedroom 2 has courtyard access and an adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 3 has an ensuite bathroom and an ocean-view lanai. Guest Bedroom 4 has an ensuite bathroom and courtyard access. Guest bedrooms have televisions. An expansive lanai has multiple outdoor seating and dining areas beside the private heated pool and landscaped yard. Pool heat up to 78°F is complimentary; higher temperatures incur an additional charge arranged through the concierge. A pool fence is available by request.
