# 4BD Pakui Street Estate (147) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The estate has a vaulted great room with pocket doors opening onto the lanai, fairway and Pacific views, a built-in entertainment system, and an adjacent dining area seating eight. The kitchen includes a professional range, stainless appliances, a center island, breakfast bar, wine fridge, coffee station, and cooking equipment. Four king suites each have garden access and an ensuite bathroom. The primary suite has a walk-in closet, lanai access, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Guest Suite 2 has lanai access; Guest Suites 3 and 4 have private entrances. All four bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans and garden views. The lanai offers covered and open-air seating, outdoor dining and a built-in BBQ station. The private heated infinity pool includes an integrated spa and waterfall. Pool heating to 78°F is complimentary; higher temperatures incur an additional charge through the concierge. Two four-seat golf carts are provided without charge. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and a cooler are available; additional beach equipment rentals carry a charge. The resort center is within walking distance for dining, shopping, spa services and cultural programs. Kua Bay and Makalawena beaches are minutes away by car. Hualalai Resort offers golf, a sports club and spa, ocean activities, tennis, cultural activities and beachfront dining, subject to resort registration, access fees and restrictions. Resort access is limited during the Chairman's Club Event, November 30–December 5, 2026, and the Mitsubishi Golf Tournament, January 16–24, 2027. Access is controlled by Hualalai Resort and may change; contact the resort for details. Beach Tree Pool closes September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements; guests purchasing resort access may use seven other resort swimming facilities. Beach Tree Restaurant and beachfront food and beverage service remain open during the work. Long-term stays are allowed. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to stays of 14 nights or longer. Extra guests require approval and incur fees. Additional beach equipment rentals carry a charge. Resort access is optional, requires guest registration, and incurs daily fees paid directly to Hualalai Resort, separate from the rental.
