# 4BD Kulanakauhale Estate (3558) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The estate has more than 3,460 square feet of interior space, with three suites in the main house and a detached guest suite with a private courtyard entrance. Each suite has an ensuite bathroom, outdoor shower garden, television, central air conditioning and ceiling fan. The primary suite has a California king bed, soaking tub, dual vanities and a lanai with a daybed; the other suites each have a king bed, and Guest Bedroom 3 has a private lanai. Space for a crib or Pack and Play is available in each bedroom. The great room has vaulted ceilings with mahogany trim, wraparound seating, a 75-inch smart television and Sonos audio. Sliding pocket doors open onto the covered lanai. Indoor dining seats eight, with additional outdoor dining and lounge seating. The kitchen has granite countertops, dual sinks, African mahogany cabinetry, a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator and small appliances including an espresso machine and rice cooker. A pass-through connects it to the outdoor BBQ kitchen with a mini fridge. The landscaped lawn has a hammock, and the infinity pool adjoins a private spa with waterfall overflow. Two golf carts, seating four and six, are included. Beach equipment includes boogie boards, snorkel sets, towels and chairs. A Pack and Play, laundry room with washer and dryer, linens and toiletries are provided. Optional paid resort access provides access to facilities and services including golf, tennis, the sports club and spa, swimming facilities, restaurants, cultural activities and children's programs. Extensive Kona and Kohala road closures during the IRONMAN race on October 9, 2027 may affect driving routes. Children are welcome. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
