# 4BD Ke Alaula Estate (124) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The estate offers 3,725 sq ft of indoor–outdoor living overlooking the seventh fairway. The great room has vaulted ceilings and wide sliding pocket doors opening onto a sunset-facing lanai. The indoor dining area seats eight. The kitchen includes granite counters, a large island with seating, a breakfast nook, premium appliances, a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, and coffee-making equipment. Outside are a covered dining lanai, several lounge areas, a built-in BBQ, a private garden and an outdoor shower. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, lanai access, an outdoor shower, and golf-course and partial ocean views. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and private lanai access. Guest Bedroom 3 has two Twin XL beds convertible to a king on request and access to the outdoor garden. Guest Bedroom 4 has a king convertible to two Twin XL beds on request and private lanai access. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan and space for a crib or Pack and Play. The home includes a washer and dryer, linens, bath products, laundry and cleaning supplies, beach gear, a Pack and Play, smart television, toys and a ping-pong table. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Mid-stay housekeeping is available. Pre-arrival planning, guest support, an orientation on request during business hours, and property-specific concierge options such as grocery shopping, housekeeping, private yoga and personal chefs are available. Extensive road closures in Kona and Kohala on October 9, 2027, for the IRONMAN Race may affect driving routes. Resort access will be limited November 30–December 5, 2026, for the Chairman's Club Event and January 16–24, 2027, for the Mitsubishi Golf Tournament. Access is managed by Hualalai Resort and may change at its discretion; contact the resort directly for details. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Mid-stay cleaning is mandatory for stays of 14 nights or more. Hualalai Resort access is optional and paid directly to the resort, separately from the rental.
