# 4BD Kahikole Street Estate (218) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The renovated residence has over 3,000 square feet of interior space, vaulted ceilings, artisan furnishings, mahogany trim and custom wall treatments. Floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors connect the great room to a covered lanai and pool deck. The living area has a smart TV, and the indoor dining table seats six beside a courtyard pond. The kitchen includes quartzite countertops, a capiz-shell backsplash, an island with bar seating, a mixologist nook and a walk-in pantry. Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, grinder, blender, rice cooker, food processor, mixer, wine fridge and ice machine. The detached ʻOhana also has a kitchenette. The primary suite has a king bed, ocean views, a private lanai with a daybed, a soaking tub, rainfall walk-in shower and outdoor shower garden. The detached second suite has a queen bed, TV, walk-in shower and outdoor shower garden. The third suite has a queen bed, TV and outdoor shower garden; the fourth has a queen bed, TV and shower/tub combination. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, central air conditioning, individual controls and a ceiling fan. The landscaped outdoor area includes a private heated pool, spa, covered daybed, lounge and dining seating, and BBQ. Three golf carts are included: two four-seaters and one six-seater. Beach gear includes boogie boards, snorkel sets, chairs and towels. A dedicated laundry room has a washer, dryer and supplies. Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, a Sonos audio system, organic Malie bath products and a pack and play are provided. Optional paid Hualalai Resort access offers golf, sports club and spa facilities, ocean activities, tennis, cultural activities, children’s programs, pools and dining venues, subject to resort policies and restrictions.
