# 4BD Ka'Ulu Estate (102A) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house Newly completed for 2026, this four-bedroom residence has an open-plan great room connecting the living, dining and kitchen areas. Floor-to-ceiling pocket doors open to the lanai. The kitchen has an oversized island, bar seating, premium appliances and ample preparation space, with a covered outdoor kitchen and BBQ dining pavilion for outdoor meals. The private infinity-edge pool overlooks the pond and golf course. A main hot tub sits by the pool, while a second hot tub and fire pit lounge occupy the front courtyard. Outdoor seating, a garden, private yard and outdoor shower complement the gathering areas. The primary and second suites have golf views and lanai access. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, down pillows and duvets, and space for a crib or pack and play. Down bedding is used exclusively; alternatives are unavailable. A dedicated office, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and Sonos audio support work and leisure. The laundry room has two sets of washers and dryers. Private garage and driveway parking, linens, Malie Organics toiletries, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and coolers are provided. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Extensive Kona and Kohala road closures during the IRONMAN race on October 9, 2027 may affect driving routes. Down bedding is used exclusively and alternatives are not available. A Festive Concierge Desk opens in mid-November for Festive Season reservations. During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, residential and rental guests may use chaise lounges on lawns and beaches only, as directed by Pool Operations. These booking-window and chaise-lounge policies do not apply during Shoulder and Peak Seasons.
