Non-smoking property; children welcome. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to stays of 14 nights or longer. Extra guests require approval and incur fees. Resort access fees are paid directly to Hualālai Resort and are not included in the rental rate. Guests have one opportunity to opt into resort access; the entire household must participate for at least two consecutive days without breaks. During Peak of Peak Season, on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge begin 60 days before resort access starts. A Festive Concierge Desk opens in mid-November for Festive reservations. During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, residential and rental guests' chaise lounges are on lawns and beaches only, as directed by Pool Operations. Shoulder and Peak Seasons do not have these booking-window and chaise-lounge restrictions.
Getting there
The home is above the Kona-Kohala coast within Hualālai Resort. A car is recommended but not necessary; two four-seat golf carts are provided for resort exploration. Kua Bay and Makalawena are nearby beaches, and Kailua-Kona dining and shopping are minutes away. Resort access is optional, paid separately and subject to registration and seasonal limitations. Extensive Kona and Kohala road closures on October 9, 2027, during IRONMAN may affect driving routes.
