# 4BD Estate Home at Puako Bay (74) Puako, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The 3,453-square-foot estate has handcrafted hardwood details, vaulted ceilings, two seating areas, ocean-facing windows and wraparound lanais. Mature tropical landscaping and a banyan tree shade the grounds. Outdoor spaces transformed in 2026 include a saltwater infinity pool, refreshed landscaping, upper and lower dining areas, an outdoor powder room and an outdoor shower. The primary suite's expanded lanai has stairs directly to the lawn and pool. The indoor dining table seats eight, and the main kitchen has granite counters, Viking appliances, a gas range and a breakfast bar seating six. A Viking outdoor kitchen includes a gas BBQ, side burner and two-drawer refrigerator. The detached ocean-facing guest suite has its own kitchen, breakfast bar, living area, entrance, washer and dryer, Smart TV and furnished lanai. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, split air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The primary suite includes a soaking tub, double vanity, separate tiled shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has double sinks and a glass shower; the third has garden and ocean views and lanai access. Smart TVs, Sonos audio and high-speed Wi-Fi provide entertainment and connectivity.
