House rules

No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are allowed except dangerous animals. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is required as a credit-card pre-authorisation. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival timing and arrange key collection; check-in/out times are flexible in low season by arrangement. A concierge service fee of 10% of the booking is listed. Optional charges listed per booking: kitchen towels €2; a bath-towel set (one small and one large) €7; double-bed linen €15; single-bed linen €12; final cleaning €75; bath mat €3. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. Tourist tax is described as added to the rental amount and payable before the stay, while the service section says it is included in the total price; confirm how this applies to the booking. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Ordered linen is provided on arrival for the whole stay, with no renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Do not use domestic sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point.

Légère Beach is 450 m away and Ragounite Beach is 1.5 km away; the listing does not state an access mode. Super U is listed at 2.6 km in the distance section (3 km in the description). The house is on one level but is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Four outdoor parking spaces are listed; at least three are said to be in front of the house.
