House rules
No smoking. No events or parties. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided; optional linen can be ordered for the stay and is not renewed. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800-per-booking deposit is taken by card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €75 per booking; kitchen towels: €2 per booking; towel set: €7 per booking; double-bed linen: €15 per booking; single-bed linen: €12 per booking; bath mat: €3 per booking. The cancellation-insurance option costs 5.5% of the booking. Internet, heating, parking and pool access are included; pool access is seasonal.
Getting there
A beach is 400 m away. The description says Plage des Tonnelles can be reached on foot; distances for that named beach differ elsewhere on the page. A cycle path passes at the residence.
