Children from 2 to 12 years and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium or stay overnight. Visitors must be reported in advance and authorized by the condominium administration. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not hang items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and may not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for every guest are requested after booking confirmation. Check-in is with a host. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. Extra cleaning and linen changes are available for a fee.
