House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. A refundable €800 security deposit is taken by card pre-authorisation. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and provide arrival time. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. A 10% concierge service fee applies to the booking. Optional services: kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €135 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Linen is supplied on arrival for the full stay without renewal; interim cleaning is not provided. A high chair, baby cot, heating, internet and outdoor parking are included. Tourist tax is included in the total price.
Getting there
Caroual Beach is 400 m away and Erquy Beach is 450 m away; distances are stated without a travel mode. Erquy town centre is 300 m away. One outdoor parking space is provided.
