## About the house

A 100 m² family home for up to eight guests, with a living and dining area, a decorative non-functional fireplace, a separate equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. The home has an enclosed garden, a 50 m² terrace with garden furniture and a plancha, and secure indoor storage for up to eight bicycles. Two bedrooms are in an attached annex accessed via the courtyard; the other two are on the main floor, reached by stairs from the living room. The annex has a shower room, and the main floor has a bathroom with a bathtub. The home has a television and electric heating.

Campiotel Beach is 400 m away; the town centre is 300 m away. Free public parking is 100 m away, with no assigned parking space. The attached-annex bedrooms are accessed via the courtyard; the main-floor bedrooms are reached by stairs from the living room.

No smoking or parties/events. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken by card pre-authorization. End-of-stay cleaning is €115 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Linen is optional: towels €7 per booking, double-bed linen €18 per booking, single-bed linen €14 per booking, and bath mat €3 per booking. Kitchen towels are included. Linen provided on arrival is supplied for the whole stay without renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and provide the arrival time. Electric-vehicle charging is not provided; do not use household sockets for charging and use a dedicated charging station.
