House rules
Smoking, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. Heating, personalized arrival reception and personalized departure service are included. The mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are optional: kitchen towels €2.00 per reservation; a set of one small and one large towel €7.00 per reservation; double-bed linen €18.00 per reservation; single-bed linen €14.00 per reservation; bath mat €3.00 per reservation; final cleaning €40.00 per reservation. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the whole stay without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not offered. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable €800.00 deposit per reservation is secured by card pre-authorization with the final payment. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and provide your arrival time. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times can be agreed with the agency. Cancellation is free up to 29 days before arrival, costs 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before, and 100% from 15 days before, at arrival or for a no-show.
Getting there
Plage de l’Écluse is 400 m away and Plage du Prieuré is 500 m away. Dinard town centre is 100 m away. The marina and Clair de Lune promenade are 150 m away. Public parking is 100 m away; there is no private parking space. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Intermarché Express is 100 m away, Le Petit Port 150 m, L’Entre Deux 250 m, Petit Bleu and Marché et Halles de Dinard 300 m, the casino 400 m and Parc du Port Breton 600 m. Dinard-Pleurtuit-Saint-Malo airport is 5 km away, Saint-Malo 6 km, and Dinard Golf and Grand Aquarium de Saint-Malo 7 km. Conflicting source distances need confirmation: Carrefour City is listed as 300 m in the description but 300 km in the table; Pointe du Décollé as 6 km versus 5.5 km; and Saint-Malo station as 8 km versus 7.5 km.
