The house

40 Skiptory Howe accommodates six guests in three bedrooms: one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is one bathroom. The open-plan living space includes an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with two sofas and an electric fire. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, hob and microwave; heating and a television are also provided.

Outside, the lodge has private decking and a hot tub. Wi-Fi and off-road parking are available, and pets are permitted.

Troutbeck Bridge has a pub and shop within a 15-minute walk. Windermere is 2 miles away, with restaurants, pubs, shops and local attractions. Nearby outings include The World of Beatrix Potter, Queen Adelaide's Hill, Orrest Head and cruises on Windermere.
