The house

This architect-designed holiday home accommodates six guests in three bedrooms: two with one double bed each and one with two beds. Built and renovated in 2011, it has electric heating and a living room with a fireplace, DVD player and television, including Danish and German channels.

The equipped kitchen includes a wood-burning stove, gas cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, fridge-freezer, microwave, mini oven, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, bathtub, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. An indoor sauna is also available.

The spacious terrace has outdoor furniture and sun loungers, with panoramic views over Grønsund, Møn and Bogø. There is a private bathing jetty and a nearby playground. The coast and bathing beach are 70 m away, and Stubbekøbing is a short walk away. An electric-vehicle charging connection is provided: CEE Blue, CEE 16A, 3P.

Water consumption, internet, travel support and final cleaning are included. Electricity is charged separately at 3.40 DKK/kWh. Optional extras payable at the property if used include a high chair at 110 DKK, a baby/child cot at 110 DKK and protection insurance from 586 DKK.
