House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-in is 16:00–18:00; check-out is 08:00–10:00. Keys are available at the property from 16:00 on arrival day. Water consumption and internet are included. Electricity is charged separately at 3.74 DKK/kWh. A security deposit applies. Optional services payable at the property if used: final cleaning 750 DKK; linen package 155 DKK; high chair 110 DKK; baby/child cot 110 DKK; protection insurance from 312 DKK. Cancellation is free until 35 days before the rental begins. From 34 days before arrival through arrival day, after arrival or for a no-show, the cancellation charge is 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and high chairs are refunded in full when the tenant cancels. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.
