The house

Built in 2011, the home has three bedrooms and an additional sleeping loft. The bedrooms contain a double bed, two beds and two bunk berths respectively. The loft has skylights and views over the surrounding area and sea.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area opens directly onto a terrace with sea views, and a skylight sits above the dining table. The living room has a wood-burning stove, a stereo with CD player, cable television and Danish and German TV channels. The kitchen includes an electric cooker, refrigerator, 1–59 litre freezer, extractor hood, coffee maker and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available.

One bathroom has a shower and a two-person indoor whirlpool bath. The layout identifies two WC rooms with washbasins and underfloor heating, with a shower specified in one. Heating includes electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump.

A bedroom opens onto the rear lawn. The landscaped garden covers 998 m² and has swings, a sandbox and a garden barbecue. Paving surrounds the house, with parking for two cars. A cot and high chair are offered as chargeable extras.
