The living room has a wood-burning stove and cable television, with Danish and German TV channels. Electric heating is provided.
The kitchen includes an electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. Wi-Fi and internet access are included.
The house stands on an enclosed 2,700 m² natural plot in a holiday-home area, with a swing, garden barbecue and enclosed terrace that receives sunshine for much of the day. The coast and bathing beach are 1.2 km away; shopping and a restaurant are 5 km away.
