The house

The 250-square-metre villa occupies two floors. A 94-square-metre open-plan living and dining area connects through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to wrap-around verandas and a terrace. The kitchen has an island. Outside are a private plunge pool with garden views, loungers and outdoor dining areas; sea views, a private balcony and a private terrace are also available.

The master suite has an en-suite bathroom with an 8-square-metre steam bath and shower. A double bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. Additional sleeping accommodation includes a bedroom described as having a twin bed and a pull-over bed with access to a shared bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A sofa bed is also available.

Facilities include individually controlled air conditioning, central heating, free Wi-Fi, a writing desk, garage parking, guest laundry, ironing equipment, a refrigerator, coffee and tea facilities, televisions, DVD and CD equipment, soundproof windows, a safe, a tennis court, beach and pool towels, hairdryers, bathrobes and toiletries. Non-smoking rooms are available.

Services include airport and port transfers, car and motorbike rental, concierge assistance and beauty treatments on request. Lagonisi is less than 25 minutes by car from Athens airport and 40 minutes by car from central Athens and the Acropolis.
