The house

The villa has separate living, dining, kitchen and bedroom areas on the ground and first floors, with two fully equipped kitchens and two bathrooms in total. The ground-floor living/dining space opens through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors onto the terrace and private pool area. Both ground-floor bedrooms have queen-size beds with linen.

The first floor contains two further bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area and a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. Sliding doors lead from the upstairs living space to a balcony with oversized cushions and sunset views. The indoor living space also has a fireplace.

Outdoor facilities include poolside daybeds, a private garden, terrace, barbecue and outdoor dining area. Amenities include air conditioning with individual controls, central heating, free Wi-Fi, a writing desk, garage parking, a refrigerator, coffee facilities, flat-screen television with cable/satellite and movie/sport channels, soundproof windows, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, toiletries, and beach and pool towels. Non-smoking rooms are available.

Services include airport/port transfers, car and motorbike rental, concierge assistance, wake-up calls and beauty treatments on request. The villa is a few steps from the sea in Agia Marina, with access to the Athenian Riviera's beaches, bays and coves. Athens city centre and the Temple of Poseidon in Sounio are each approximately a 30-minute drive away. Nearby activities include hiking, mountain biking, water sports, sailing and horse riding.
