House rules
Pets are not allowed. Pack-n-Play and highchair are available for infants for a fee. BBQ grill rental is subject to availability and a fee. Changes or cancellations are permitted up to 14 days before arrival, less bank charges; high-season arrivals from December 17 through January 2 have a 15-day deadline and a two-night cancellation fee. Cancellations or shortened stays after the applicable cancellation period are charged the full booking amount.

The condo is a short walk from Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. The property is in a beachfront location, and nearby activities include shopping, dining, water sports, casinos, a food market, and golf.
