House rules

Minimum stay: 2 nights. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests; only registered guests may stay, and the reservation's maximum guest count must be respected. Before arrival, every guest must provide a photo of a valid official ID or passport, and a signed copy of the condominium rules is required. Valid photo ID is also required at check-in. No pets, parties, events or gatherings. No smoking or illegal substances inside. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00; loud noise is not permitted. Music and speakers may be used only inside the apartment with windows and doors closed. For stays of 7 nights or more, 20 kWh of electricity per night is included; excess usage is billed at 5 MXN per extra kWh. Turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use. Do not use linens or towels to remove makeup, sunscreen or tanning lotion, or to clean floors. Put toilet paper and other waste in the bin rather than the toilet. Dispose of trash only in designated areas. Keep balconies and windows free of towels, clothing or objects visible from outside. Shared facilities follow posted hours and rules; supervise children at all times. The movie theater and Kids Club require advance reservations. In emergencies such as leaks or flooding, the team may need to enter with prior notice. Non-compliance may lead to condominium fines, and serious misconduct may end the stay without refund.

Getting there

Fifth Avenue, restaurants and nightlife are steps away, with shops and beaches close by. Downtown Playa del Carmen is easy to explore on foot. Cancun airport is about 50 minutes away by car; transfers can be arranged on request at extra cost.
