# 3BR + Pools, Cinema & Kids Club | Downtown PdC Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico (general area) ## About the house The apartment has a living room with a sofa and Smart TV, a dining area seating four, a fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony and two full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed; Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed. Air conditioning runs throughout, and three Smart TVs are provided across the bedrooms and living room. Shared Urban Towers facilities include two swimming pools, a gym, a movie theater and a Kids Club. The movie theater and Kids Club require advance reservations. The building has a reception/lobby, an elevator and 24-hour security. Fifth Avenue, restaurants and nightlife are steps away. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, silverware and basic utensils; coffee is provided. Bed linens and a duvet are provided per bed, with one bath towel and one pool towel per guest, body soap and shampoo. Hot water, ceiling fans, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector are available. Meals and cable TV channels are not included. Cleaning before arrival and after departure is included. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee with advance notice; daily cleaning, laundry service and airport transfers are available at extra cost. Before arrival, every guest must provide a photo of a valid official ID or passport, and a signed copy of the condominium rules is required. Valid photo ID is also required at check-in. No pets, parties, events or gatherings. No smoking or illegal substances inside. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00; loud noise is not permitted. Music and speakers may be used only inside the apartment with windows and doors closed.
