The house

The apartment accommodates up to six guests and is accessed by lift. Its open-plan living and dining area opens onto a private wrap-around balcony with views across Kings Beach and the Pacific Ocean through Norfolk Pines. Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, which is fully air conditioned and has a Smart TV, ceiling fans and heating.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, balcony access and a private ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two single beds. Linen and towels are supplied, and beds are professionally made before arrival. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet; the ensuite has a shower over a spa bath and a double vanity.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes and silverware. A washing machine, dryer and iron are provided. The balcony has outdoor seating.

Guests have one secure, undercover allocated parking space, with free parking on the premises and on the street. The complex has a shared outdoor swimming pool. Kings Beach can be reached on foot via a scenic pathway. Children and infants are welcome, and longer stays are allowed.
