The house

The home accommodates six guests across three bedroom suites, with two king beds and one queen bed in total. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, hotel linens and closet space; there are 3.5 bathrooms overall.

The main living level has comfortable seating, abundant natural light and an indoor fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen provides modern appliances and generous counter space. Facilities include a dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washer/dryer, TV, a barbecue grill and multiple outdoor spaces. A crib is available on request through the concierge, with pricing on request.

A private elevator connects the floors. The private rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the city's rooftops, churches and mountains, with space for outdoor dining.

The house is one block from Templo de Cristo Rey and a flat 5–10-minute walk from Centro and the Parroquia. Restaurants, cafés, galleries, local shops and Fábrica La Aurora are nearby, away from the busiest nightlife areas.

Only nearby street parking is available. An optional professional valet service can be recommended daily at $100 MXN per hour or $500 MXN for 24 hours. Concierge add-ons require confirmation of availability and timing before any charge. Early check-in, late checkout and pre-arrival grocery shopping are available to request, with prices on request.
