## About the house

The single-level villa has an open-plan great room with high ceilings, travertine floors, a flat-screen TV and sliding glass walls opening to the lanai. The dining table seats six. The kitchen includes an island with bar seating, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf six-burner range and oven, Bosch dishwasher, built-in microwave and wine fridge.

The private lanai has a pool, spa and covered lounge with a built-in BBQ, wet bar and mini fridge. Views extend over the Hapuna Golf Course toward the Pacific Ocean and Kohala Mountains. The primary bedroom has lanai access, mountain and golf views, and an ensuite with dual vanities, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has lanai access, garden and pool-deck views, and an ensuite with indoor and outdoor showers. Guest Bedroom 3 has an ensuite with a walk-in shower. A powder room is off the main hallway. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV and walk-in closets.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and free parking for two cars are available. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, a cooler, a Pack and Play and toys are provided. Self check-in and check-out are available. Concierge support is available from Elite Vacation Rentals; the villa is professionally managed by The LeRoy Collection at Gather Vacations.

The Wai'ula'ula Community Amenity Center has a saline infinity pool, spa, clubhouse with kitchen and lounge, BBQs and a fitness center. Optional paid access to Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort includes beach towel and lounge service, three heated freshwater pools with adults-only options, hot tubs, spas, fitness centers, golf, tennis, fitness and yoga classes, watersports and dining across 12 venues. Resort registration is required; access and amenities are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.

Hapuna and Mauna Kea Beaches are minutes away. Waimea's markets and galleries are a short drive away, and Kona International Airport is approximately 35 minutes south by car. A car is necessary.

A car is necessary. Hapuna and Mauna Kea Beaches are minutes away; Kona International Airport is approximately 35 minutes south by car. Road closures in Kona and Kohala during the IRONMAN Race on October 9, 2027 may affect traffic and driving routes.

Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Stays of 14 nights or longer require mid-stay housekeeping for an additional fee. Optional resort access can be requested after reservation confirmation and requires guest registration and a daily guest fee: $260.00 base or $365 during peak periods. Peak periods are March 21–April 11, 2027; November 21–27, 2027; and December 19, 2027–January 2, 2028. Resort management controls fees, charging privileges, policies, restaurant reservations and amenity access. Services, fees and amenities may change at any time; access may be limited without advance notice during local events and peak holidays. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
