# 3BD Palm Villa (130B) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house Palm Villa 130B offers nearly 3,000 square feet of living space, with golf-course, mountain and ocean views. Extensive interior remodeling was completed in 2026. The upper-level open-plan great room opens to a lanai and includes a dining table seating eight and breakfast-bar seating. The kitchen has stone countertops, custom wood cabinetry, an island, premium appliances, a dishwasher, coffee and espresso makers, and a wine fridge. The upper lanai has a BBQ station and a dining table for six. Downstairs, a media lounge has a 75-inch smart TV, surround sound and pocket doors opening to a covered lanai and lawn. The lower-level primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, golf-front lanai access and an ensuite with a soaking tub, dual vanities and walk-in shower. Its renovated private outdoor shower atrium has lava rock, wood surrounds and river-stone landscaping. The second lower-level bedroom has a California king bed, private patio, smart TV and an adjacent full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The upper-level third bedroom has twin beds convertible to a king on request, a smart TV and an adjacent full bathroom with an enclosed shower. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve the home. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, Sonos audio, a full laundry room, linens, toiletries, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, a beach umbrella and a Pack and Play. Two four-seat golf carts are included. A shared heated community pool, hot tub and BBQ pavilion are steps away on Waiulu Street. Hualalai Resort amenities are a short walk or three-minute golf-cart ride away and require optional paid resort access. Waikoloa Village is a 20-minute drive; Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park is roughly a two-hour drive. Road closures on October 9, 2027 during IRONMAN may affect Kona and Kohala driving routes. Smoking is not allowed. Children are welcome.
