## About the house

The home accommodates six guests. Pocketing glass doors connect the great room, dining area and lanai beneath koa wood ceilings. The equipped kitchen has counter seating, a refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and utensils, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and wine fridge.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views and lanai access, with a dual-vanity ensuite, soaking tub and open-air walled garden shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, garden views, lanai access and an ensuite. Guest Bedroom 3 has two twin bunk sets and two queen beds, garden views, lanai access, an ensuite and a private outdoor shower. All bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans and blackout drapes; both king bedrooms have space for a crib or pack-and-play.

The lawn and tropical planting surround a private pool and spa overlooking the fairway. The lanai includes a built-in grill with a stone bar, outdoor dining and lounge chairs, and there is a stone firepit. A golf cart and an indoor-outdoor office are available on site. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, television with satellite or cable, a printer/scanner/fax, beach towels and a private entrance. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Optional Hualalai Resort access requires guest registration and a separate pass paid directly to the resort for a daily fee. Resort facilities include the Jack Nicklaus golf course, Sports Club, spa, pools and hot tub, tennis, dining, bar, shops, cultural activities and children's programs; several facilities and services carry additional charges.

The gated community connects to Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway. Kailua-Kona, its harbor, coffee farms and restaurants are a short drive south. A car is recommended. The home is single-level with no indoor stairs.
