# 3BD Pakui Street Estate (131) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The single-level estate has an open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings, custom cabinetry, pocket doors opening to the covered lanai, a 40-inch Smart TV and dining seating for six. The kitchen has granite countertops, a prep island, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, toaster, toaster oven, kettle, blender, crockpot and rice cooker. The lanai provides a built-in BBQ, outdoor dining and sunset views over the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course and ocean. A private lava stone infinity pool and spa adjoin the outdoor living area. The primary suite has an ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower and outdoor shower garden, a Smart TV, work desk, walk-in closet and private ocean-view lanai. Guest Suite 2 has an ensuite with a tropical outdoor shower garden, Smart TV and private deck. Guest Suite 3 has an ensuite, private lanai and wall-mounted Smart TV. The primary and third bedrooms have ocean, garden and golf course views; the second bedroom has garden views. Split air conditioning and ceiling fans extend throughout the home. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a laundry room with washer, dryer and sink, linens and toiletries, a printer/scanner, Sonos audio, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and a cooler. A Pack and Play is available at no charge. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
