# 3BD Ke Alaula Villa (217C) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The upper-level great room has vaulted ceilings, sliding glass walls, golf-course views and connected living, dining and lanai areas. Lanais on both levels provide outdoor dining and lounging space. A ground-floor sitting area includes a wet bar, wine cooler and wrap-around lanais. The kitchen has granite countertops, wood cabinetry, double ovens, a flat-top range and a KitchenAid ice maker, plus a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and small appliances. A BBQ is also available. The primary suite has a California king bed, private lanai, walk-in closet and private courtyard with a lava-rock outdoor shower. Its ensuite bathroom has dual vanities, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a private landscaped lanai; Guest Bedroom 3 has a king bed, an upper-level private lanai and mountain views. Each guest bedroom has an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans and space for a crib or pack and play. Two golf carts are included: one four-seater and one six-seater. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, smart TVs, Sonos audio, a workspace with printer/scanner/fax, washer and dryer, garage and free parking. Beach gear includes boogie boards, snorkel sets, chairs and towels. A pack and play is available. Optional paid Hualalai Resort access includes resort swimming facilities, the Jack Nicklaus golf course, Golf Hale, Sports Club & Spa, ocean activities, tennis, cultural programs, children’s programs and dining outlets.
